1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• A player's identity cannot be verified or documentation requested during KYC has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious betting patterns, unusual activity, or potential fraud is detected on the account at br789.

In the event of account closure where no rule violation has occurred, any remaining eligible balance (real money funds not associated with active bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
